Miguel Gonzalez [aka M-Lon], an Australian born in Venezuela, is currently based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. With a degree in architecture and over 15 years of practice as a multidisciplinary visual artist, his work includes indoors and outdoors large-scale murals for private, corporate, and institutional projects, as well as creating concept art, character design, and animations for major TV streaming platforms such as HBO, Netflix, and Stan.

Miguel has been part of national and international collective and solo exhibitions, as well as participating in important art fairs, community projects, magazines, and press. He also has extensive experience in building a body of artworks, and setting up and curating exhibitions.

Miguel’s work talks mostly about social issues and human behavior, using figurative elements as metaphors in his visual language.

He also creates a “second digital layer” over his traditional work achieving immersive experiences for the audience to engage with. He is a big community player and has been part of creative talks and panels including REMIX Summit Sydney 2022, and Northern Beaches Council Creative Draft 2019, amongst others.
